The Free Calculator License

What You Are Allowed to Do

When you download a calculator from BailBondsCalc.com, we give you a limited, non-exclusive license to use that calculator on a single website. Specifically, you may:

• Install the calculator on the website domain you provided during the download request
• Display the calculator to visitors of that website
• Use the calculator for as long as your license remains active

What You Are Not Allowed to Do

This license comes with important restrictions. You may not:

• Move the calculator to a different domain without our written permission

Domain Locking and Serial Numbers

Each calculator download is assigned a unique serial number and locked to the domain you provided. The calculator checks back with our servers to confirm it is running on an approved domain. If the domain does not match our records, the calculator will stop working. We reserve the right to deactivate any serial number at any time, including if these terms are violated.

Download Links

Download links sent by email are for your use only. Each link is single use and expires within 24 hours of being sent. Do not share download links with anyone else. Sharing a link does not transfer the license.

Attribution Requirement

All calculators include a visible credit line that reads "Courtesy of HowBailBondsWork.com" with a link back to that website. This credit line is a required part of the free license. Removing it is a violation of these terms and will result in your license being revoked.

Approval Process

All download requests are reviewed manually before a link is sent. We reserve the right to deny any request for any reason. Submitting a request does not guarantee you will receive a download link.

No Warranties

The calculators and this website are provided as-is. We make no promises that everything will work perfectly at all times. We do not guarantee that the calculator results will be accurate for every bail bond situation in every state. Rate laws change, and it is your responsibility as a bail bond agent to verify that the calculator reflects current rates in your state.

Limitation of Liability

Termination
